Step Bay, CDT DTG
Step ToothMaster Bay CDT, DTG, became a CDT at 24 years old and, in 2009, started his own laboratory, CDI Science LLC, Pineville, NC, specializing in cosmetic dentistry and implant restorations. He travels around the country, annually earning over 60 continuing education hours.
Bob has over 20 years experience in dental technology. Following his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, Bob attended a dental laboratory technical school in Dallas. Bob works with some of the top clinicians in the country and also performs case studies in conjunction with top opinion leaders in the country.
Bob is a Graduate of the Kois Center, a senior member of Claude Sieber's Art and Experience®, is an Advocate for Vident, and Synergy Ceramics has been named a Vita Master Laboratory, an honor bestowed on only 10 laboratories in the United States.
