Course Description: Is your lab growing? Are you needing to spread the work around in order to get more work done? Do you have a network to help? Learn about what it takes to delegate in the lab environment. In this session, you will learn what entrepreneurs need to do to let go and do more through other people. You will navigate your current network and explore how you expand your network. Finally, you will learn tricks to ensure you delegate effectively.

Trisha always wanted to be a teacher. After graduating college she found herself in Corporate America as a training specialist, basically a teacher for grown-ups. She worked her way up and around specializing in Leadership Development, Strategy and Implementation. After spending years at fortune 500 companies she said goodbye to Corporate America in 2013 to join her husband’s growing orthodontic laboratory.
