SHIPPING EXHIBITS
Freeman: The company setting up the exhibit hall will supply you with an exhibit packet with information on using their services to ship your equipment.
SETUP AND BREAKDOWN OF EXHIBITS
Exhibitors may set up on Thursday evening starting at 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm, and in an emergency, on Friday morning from 7:00 am until 10:00 am. Exhibits are to remain intact until the Exhibit Hall closes at 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please advise Cade Tippett (exhibitor@dlat.org) if there is a problem in meeting this Schedule.
