Ricki Braswell,CAE Bio:
Ricki is the former Co-Executive Director for NADL and NBC and she was instrumental is launching the Foundation for Dental Laboratory Technology. She served in these roles from 2001-2011 when she became the President and CEO for the Pankey Institute. Pankey is the premier educational foundation for dentists to take post-graduate education. She held that role for 8 years. Last year Ricki launched Beyond Coaching, an executive and business coaching firm aimed at helping business owners and their teams move to the next level of success.
