Mark Williamson CDT, DTG will share his techniques in detail from start to finish on how he constructs implant-supported prosthetics either screw-retained or removable. Learn how he breaks down each step to create exceptional prosthetics. A simple approach to complex implant dental prosthesis utilizing Cad/Cam and Yamahachi teeth. Mark’s approach can easily be integrated into your restorative cases immediately. He will also share information on materials, tools, and trade techniques that are available today.

Mark Williamson CDT,DTG Bio:
Mark D. Williamson CDT, DTG is a Certified Dental Technician and a member of the Dental Technicians Guild. Mark currently is a Senior Technical Manager (Implant’s & Removable) for Ottawa Dental Laboratory in Ottawa, Illinois.
He was born and raised in the Chicagoland area where he has accumulated 39 years of experience in Dentures, Implants, Partials and Ceramics. Mark’s certification is in Full Dentures and he is also a Kois Recognized Specialist from the Kois Center.
Mark’s career began at the age of 18 working for a boutique removable laboratory. After 7 years as an apprentice, Mark became the proprietor of his own removable laboratory that he grew and merged with a larger commercial laboratory.
It was after this merge Mark would meet his wife Allie, also a Certified Dental Technician and before long they founded Essex Dental Laboratory, a small boutique full service laboratory which they successfully ran for 13 years. In 2007, Mark and Allie merged their business with Ottawa Dental Laboratory where they have been part of the Ottawa Family to this day.

Through the years, Mark was exposed to exceptional dental prosthetics and took advantage of the opportunities for further education in Dawson’s Theory of Occlusion, Spears Study Club, John Ness PTC, Swissadent, Massad Dentures, Pound/Turbyfill Technique and Nobel Clinician. He was also one of the first technicians in the U.S. to train in the BDT Technique.
Mark’s passion for continuous education led him to become a founding member of The Chicagoland Dental Technician Study Group hosting respected speakers such as Michelle Magne, Don Cornell, and Jack Turbyfill, to name a few. Mark has served as president of the Marvin Healy Study Club and the Illinois Dental Laboratory Association.
Mark is an experienced chair-side All on Four specialist and teaches other technicians to master chair-side conversions.
In September, 2017 he was the first place winner of the Panthera Dental Master Cup.
Mark’s passion to share his experiences and knowledge has brought him to the lecture circuit for Ottawa Dental Laboratory, KOL-Yamahachi Dental USA, KOL-WhipMix, Nobel Biocare and Panthera Dental. Mark was named CDT of the Year 2019
